Rise Into Wholeness
In Switzerland from August 12th to 18th, 2026
From Vineyards to Summits - A faith-fueled Journey to Wholeness

🌿 Your Journey:
From Vineyard to Summit
Here you begin a Soul-Deep Path to emotional and spiritual Wholeness and Freedom!
Picture this: You step onto a balcony overlooking Lake Geneva, vineyards spilling down toward shimmering blue waters. The sun warms your skin, lavender and grapes scent the air, and something inside you exhales.
You wander between the vines, earth beneath your feet, sky opening above, and you remember—you are rooted, nourished, already worthy.
Soon, the forest enfolds you. Cool mountain air fills your lungs with pine and moss, birdsong drifts through the stillness, and water flows clear over stones. Here, nothing needs fixing. You simply arrive, present and whole.
At last, you stand at the summit, glacier peaks rising all around, silence stretching wide. Your body is steady, your heart unburdened, and you feel it: undeniable aliveness, freedom, and the deep knowing that you are already enough.
What To Expect

How life-changing would it be to let go of burnout and learn how to truly care for yourself?
Through embodied self-care, boundary reflection, nature connection, and time to meditate in God’s word you will release what drains you so you can live with more ease, resilience, and sustainable joy.
How healing would it be to feel truly seen and supported by others on a shared path?
In our small group circles and sacred story-sharing, you will experience genuine connection and sisterhood so you can remember you’re not alone on this journey.
Wouldn’t it be powerful to align your life with what truly matters to you?

Your Accommodations
A Place that Mirrors Your Inner Journey.
From grounded rest to mountaintop renewal. This isn’t just a change of scenery. It's a sacred shift in how you feel, breathe, and live.
Your retreat begins above Lake Geneva in the vine-covered hills of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site often called the “Balcony of the Lake.” Here, you’ll feel spaciousness return to your body and soul as you settle into beauty, stillness, and the reminder that you are allowed to rest.
Then, we rise.
Surrounded by the majesty of the Lauenen Alps in a nature preserve, you’ll enter a landscape of wildflower meadows, glacier-fed rivers, and quiet forests that seem to breathe with you.
This high-altitude stillness invites deep release, clarity, and connection. Step by step, you’ll journey upward—inside and out—until you reach your own summit of freedom, wholeness, and aliveness.
Where We Arrive & Rest:
Baron Tavern Hotel & Spa
Rest, receive, and reconnect above Lake Geneva.
Atop the vine-laced terraces of Chexbres, the Baron Tavernier offers elegance, serenity, and space to simply be.
You’ll stay in beautifully appointed rooms filled with light, with sweeping views of the lake and mountains.
The on-site spa and wellness area offer a gentle invitation to unwind, while peaceful gardens and walking paths provide space to reflect and arrive.
It’s the perfect setting to begin your journey feeling held, nourished, and grounded.

Where We Rise & Renew:

This is where your transformation deepens—where nature mirrors your strength and stillness opens you to the voice of the Spirit.

Your Room Options:
Surrounded by vineyards, the sparkling lake, and the steady presence of the mountains, each room offers a peaceful space to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself
Select the room that feels right for you:
Single occupancy to rest, reflect, and move toward the renewal and wholeness you were made for, or
Double occupancy to share the journey with someone who knows what it’s like to run on empty, and who will witness and encourage your story as you both rise into freedom and restoration.

Food is Healing
At this retreat, food is part of your healing journey. Every meal is prepared with care, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients that nourish both body and spirit.
The hotel’s cuisine blends regional and seasonal products with a touch of international flavor, creating menus that are both rooted in place and inspired by the wider world. This isn’t ordinary dining—it’s gourmet nourishment, designed to delight your senses while restoring your whole self.
Imagine starting your morning with warm bread, local cheeses, and fresh yogurt as the light spills over the vineyards. Midday, you pause for a simple, flavorful meal that renews your energy after time outdoors. And when evening comes, you gather around the table, mountains holding the space in their quiet strength, as courses unfold: perhaps caramelized leek with creamy burrata sauce, a delicate gazpacho of white tomato and cucumber sorbet, or perch fillets with Mediterranean vegetables and romesco.
Dietary preferences and needs can be accommodated.

It's Time to Rise
Picture yourself stepping off the plane in Geneva and being greeted by the scent of sun-warmed vines and crisp Alpine air. You will notice your shoulders drop, your mind begin to quiet, and a long-forgotten sense of ease return. From the moment you arrive, you will be invited to rest, receive, and remember that you deserve this.
You will begin your journey high above Lake Geneva in the vineyards, breathing in the wide, open sky, sensing the gentle hum of stillness, and savoring a mindful walk among the vines.
With guided reflections, soulful journaling, and a vine immersion experience at Baron Tavernier, you will reconnect with your roots and rediscover what nourishes your heart and soul.
Soon, you will settle into Hotel Alpenland among the alpine peaks, where each breath of mountain air opens more space in your body.
Forest bathing, reflection prompts, and somatic practices will guide you into deeper presence, allowing you to gently release tension and begin to sense your own wholeness again.
At the glacier-lake and waterfall, you will pause to symbolically release burdens and swim in clear water, freeing your body and mind to receive clarity.
Outdoor, rustic health meals and journaling time by the water will support your emotional release and reflection.
On the final climb (with mountain Gondola) to the glacier summit, you will rise above limitation in view and spirit. Guided declarations, optional peak hikes or paragliding, and a closing soul ceremony will seal this transformation, helping you stand in your newfound freedom, aligned with what truly matters.
In every moment, I will be guiding you with compassion, presence, and intentional prompts to calm your nervous system, deepen your faith, and remember what it means to feel fully alive. You will return home whole, free, and aligned, with clarity, spiritual nourishment, and a soul-deep sense of belonging.

Your Guide
Hi, I’m Diana Erwin, and I’m delighted to extend this amazing, transformational, nature-immersed experience to you.
I never planned to lead retreats or knew that there is a word for recharging in the forest called "forest bathing." But I found myself in a season of deep exhaustion. As a longtime social worker, caregiver, and mom of four, I was used to holding space for everyone else, but I had stopped holding any for myself.
Each time I returned to the forests, lakes, and snowy peaks of my childhood village in Switzerland, something in me shifted.
Surrounded by creation’s beauty, I began to breathe again. The stillness of the trees, the vastness of the mountains, even the hush of falling snow, each moment became a reminder of God’s presence and whisper of truth: I was already held, already enough, whole and free.
That experience opened a new path to not live on empty and exhaustion. Nature, spirituality, and mind–body–soul healing helped me to reclaim my life and purpose.
My retreats aren’t about fixing yourself. They’re about remembering: your strength, your worth, your connection to God, and the sacred rhythms of creation.
This is my why: to create soul-restoring spaces for women who, like me and you, have given so much for so long that they’ve forgotten how to truly receive.

Frequently Asked Questions
🛬 When should I arrive and depart? We recommend arriving at Geneva Airport (GVA) by midday on Wednesday, the first retreat day. The group transfer to our first hotel departs that afternoon. On Tuesday (Day 7), depending your destination you might have an early flight, then we will transfer near an airport hotel already on the evening of the 6th day.
🧳 What should I pack? Bring comfortable layers, including clothing for forest walks, cool mountain mornings, and spa or lake time. A more detailed packing list will be sent upon registration. Essentials include: Hiking or trail shoes Swimsuit + light towel Journal + pen Warm layers (mountain evenings can be chilly) Small daypack or tote bag
🧘♀️ Do I need prior experience with meditation or forest bathing? Not at all. All practices are guided and beginner-friendly, and you’re always invited to participate in a way that feels comfortable to you. This is a space for gentle exploration, not performance.
✝️ Is this a faith-based retreat? Yes. While open to women from all walks of life, this retreat is gently rooted in Christian faith and spiritual reflection. There will be optional moments for prayer, spiritual journaling, and connecting with the Holy Spirit in nature. You are welcome as you are—no pressure, only invitation.
🥗 What if I have dietary restrictions? Both hotels are happy to accommodate most dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Just let us know your requirements when registering, and we’ll take care of the rest.
🚐 Is transportation included? Yes! Group transfers from Geneva Airport to both retreat locations—and between the vineyard and mountain regions—are included in your retreat package.
🛏 Can I choose a private room? Yes, private and shared room options are available (based on availability). You’ll receive these details during the registration process, along with pricing for each option.
🌦 What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate? We are prepared to adapt our outdoor experiences as needed. Some gentle rain is part of the forest magic—but indoor or covered alternatives are always available for group time and reflection.
What people say:
Last Summer, we had the fabulous opportunity to work with Diana Erwin, a very skilled and intentional nature therapist for our first experience with Forest Bathing. We included this experience in a retreat we planned for public school teachers who were in desperate need of rest, reflection and restoration.
Diana worked with us ahead or time to understand the teachers' needs and she graciously led our group through lush green trails using words and gentle suggestions that aligned with the themes of our retreat. Diana directed our attention to natural wonder, wooded metaphor, and rich sensory reflection that included the observation of eaglets in an Eagles nest with eagle parents nearby. I would highly recommend Diana for nature-based therapeutic experiences. She knows the territory and will take you to beautiful places to heal, breathe, and recover.
Peg M. Co-Founder of Camp Hope
Diana did a beautiful job guiding our group through 2 hours of forest bathing during our staff retreat. She was organized and confident, with a good balance of being sincere and also light-hearted. She led us smoothly through a variety of activities and it was clear during our reflection time that everyone got a lot out of the practices. I would recommend her highly to any group looking for a time of community building and self care in nature. Kari K. Founder of Minneapolis Nature-Based Therapy
Forest bathing-connecting with nature has helped me slow down, get out of my head and be present in the moment. A whole new world opened up infront of me and I felt joy and relaxed. Thank you for this experience. Melanie
