You don’t have to face life’s hardest seasons alone.
Whether you’re a child struggling with anxiety, a parent carrying too much, or an individual feeling burned out, disconnected, or weighed down by depression, my passion is to walk alongside you with compassion, practical tools, and the healing power of nature.

I believe nature helps us remember who we are.
In today’s busy and disconnected world, it’s easy to forget our deep roots in the natural world. By slowing down and restoring this connection, we can find balance, resilience, and hope.

Your story matters here.
Every person brings a unique journey, culture, and set of beliefs. If faith is important to you, we can weave it into our work together. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

The Journey to Holistic Nature-Based Mental Health Services

Life can feel overwhelming — whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, life transitions or the challenges of ADHD. You may be searching for ways to feel more grounded, heal, restore your energy, or find clarity in a difficult season. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, evidence-based care, and the healing support of nature.

I’m the founder of Forest Whisper Wellness & Healing, a holistic, nature-based wellness & healing practice offering psychotherapy, forest bathing experiences, and international retreats. My work is person-centered, strength-based, and culturally humble, with the option to integrate spirituality and faith into the process. Together, we’ll create a path toward balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of well-being.

My Story & Professional Background
I was born and raised in a small mountain village in Switzerland, where nature was my first teacher and healer. In 2011, my husband and I moved our family of six to Minnesota, bringing with me nearly two decades of experience working with children, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.

As a cross-cultural wife and mother of four, I understand firsthand the pressures and complexities families face today. My approach is shaped by both my personal journey and my professional expertise, always respecting each client’s life story, culture, and beliefs.

In Switzerland, I worked in residential foster care using humanistic and family systems models, integrating experiential, adventure, and nature-based therapy. My years as a Swiss Scout leader and outdoor camp volunteer deepened my belief that time in nature is not just restorative. It can be transformational.

In the U.S., I’ve served in schools providing trauma-informed, humanistic, mindfulness, CBT and collaborative interventions for children and teens. This work gave me a broad understanding of how children, parents, and educators can work together to foster mental wellness and resilience.
The healing power of nature is the heart of my work. By slowing down and reconnecting with the natural world, we can restore balance, build resilience, and find peace, even in life’s most challenging seasons.

I’m a certified forest bathing guide and forest therapy practitioner, with Red Cross CPR/AED and Wilderness First Aid certifications to ensure your safety during outdoor sessions and retreats.

If you’re seeking compassionate, holistic care, whether through online-coaching, under the forest canopy, or on a mountain trail, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
