Diana Erwin, Forestbathing Guide

​Welcome, I am Diana

​

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, certified forest bathing guide, and nature-based therapist, but what really drives my work isn’t a title. It’s my own journey of restoring balance, connection, and purpose in life.

 

Like many of the people I work with, I’ve faced overwhelm, burnout, and the pressure of giving more than I had to give. Over time, I realized that true healing and resilience come from reconnecting to yourself, your body, and the natural world. This insight became the foundation of how I guide others today.

My Journey

Growing up in the beautiful valleys and mountains of Lauenen, I felt deeply connected to nature, but life sometimes pulled me away from that sense of grounding. Over the years, I navigated career pressures, family responsibilities, and personal challenges, learning firsthand how easy it is to lose touch with your own needs, your inner voice and the creators whispers.

Through my experiences, I discovered tools and practices that allowed me to calm my nervous system, restore energy, and reconnect with my values and purpose. These aren’t just theories. I’ve lived them, and I now bring this lived wisdom to my work with clients of all ages.

How I do this work

I guide adults and children 8+ to reconnect with themselves, restore their inner balance, and remember who they truly are. I combine evidence-based psychotherapy with nature immersion, somatic practices, and reflective exercises, creating a space where transformation feels both safe and profound.
