Trip Title
Quailifier

If you’re a ______________ (what kind of person?) who is ready to ________________ (do, feel, see, change or learn what?) then join us for this _______ (what kind of?) retreat, where you'll come away with _________________ (what benefits?)

Imaginative "romancing"
SECTION 2: IMAGINATIVE PARAGRAPHS - romance your participants by pulling them into the actual retreat experience using present-tense “you” statements. Alternatively, fill out the Imagine Questionnaire in the AI Sales Page Tool in Module 4, Training 7.
The key here is getting folks to FEEL and VISUALIZE themselves in your story. Just choose ONE powerful experience and elaborate on that, keeping it short and emotional and writing from the second-person “YOU” point of view. Describe the present moment as experienced through the eyes, ears, thoughts and feelings of your reader.
For example: “Walking the pristine ocean beach, you revel in the feel of the wet sand beneath your feet. Sounds of surf and seabirds delight your ears as a gentle wind caresses your skin. It’s still only the first day of the retreat, but never have you felt more relaxed and peaceful.
Never been to the location before or having a hard time writing this section?
-
Research the location online and look at photos.
-
Or rewind your memory and remember what it FELT like to be there.
-
Close your eyes and picture yourself at your location. Tap into your senses. What will you see, feel, taste, touch, and hear? Now open your eyes and write down what you imagined, putting your readers into the picture with present-tense “YOU” statements.
-
Ask your retreat venue for more info on specific activities.
Write 3-5 short, juicy paragraphs. Add several gorgeous photos.
I am coming!

Benefits Section
SECTION 3: FIRST BENEFITS SECTION: List four or five pain points and benefits from your Avatar 3 Worksheet or your AI Avatar Tool in Module 2, Training 3.
In most cases, you can use the exact same words you’ve written in your avatar homework, but make both pain points and benefits short and snappy (the benefits no more than a few lines each) so your copy moves along at a brisk pace.
Add Spectacular Photos of Your Location.

Yes, I hear the call!

The Venue
Now we’re going to entice your participants with details about the lodging, food and activities. You can either write these sections yourself or fill out the Venue Questionnaire in the AI Sales Page Tool and have the tool write it for you. You’ll find the tool in Module 4, Training 7.
SECTION 4: THE VENUE
Be as expressive as possible. Do not just copy the text from your retreat center or hotel website and put it on your page. This is not the place to sound like Trip Advisor – this is the place to sound like you are taking them on a personally guided tour of a place you love, pointing out special spots along the way.
As with your Imagine section, include lots of “you” statements, but this time use the future tense “will” instead of the present tense — for example: “You will love everything about this venue. You’ll be especially happy with the spacious, sprawling accommodations. As soon as you walk into your room, you will know that it was designed for your comfort and convenience.”
First write 2-3 short, juicy paragraphs highlighting how your location aligns with your promise and theme. Then write 3-5 short, juicy paragraphs featuring your hotel or retreat center, including special amenities.
Add spectacular photos of your location and one professional video of the venue, if available. Be sure to include a description and photos of the rooms!

This is just what I need!

Cuisine
SECTION 5: THE CUISINE
Almost every retreat center or hotel talks about their food and publishes a menu, so you can use the menu to share what your participants will be experiencing. If you’re going to be eating foods that represent the country’s traditions, then start with a paragraph or two about that!
Then touch on highlights of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and drinks. Include a few mouthwatering selections from the menu. If you want AI to help you with this section, fill out the Cuisine Questionnaire in the AI Sales Page Tool in Module 4, Training 7 and upload it into the AI Sales Page Tool.
Google the country’s food traditions to get ideas. If possible, finish by assuring folks that their dietary needs will be taken care of. After you’ve written a mouthwatering description of the food, add a gorgeous background photo and/or include 2-3 great photos of typical dishes.

The Journey
SECTION 6: THE JOURNEY (Activities & Descriptive Itinerary)
Either write this section yourself or paste the output from your AI Sales Page Tool in the space provided below.
Here you’ll create beautifully worded, short descriptions of the daily activities that relate to your promise (again using the future tense “will”) — without giving your clients an hour-by-hour breakdown or too many details. A couple of paragraphs per day are all that’s really needed, especially when combined with beautiful complementary photos!
Make sure you entice folks and let them know WHY you are taking them on those excursions and HOW it connects with the theme of your retreat. Also, if appropriate, include what YOU will be doing to help your peeps solve their most pressing problems!
Add scintillating photos.
Benefits Section
SECTION 7: Second BENEFITS section – Add more pain points and benefits.
Dive deeper into educating your readers on which problems you’re solving and illustrate the benefits they’re going to receive. In this section, you can share additional pain points and benefits, the same ones expressed in another way, or list them in a different format such as bullets. Get creative and have fun!
Write several short paragraphs and/or a bulleted list of more benefits of your trip. Add two breathtaking photos.

BONUSES
SECTION 8: BONUSES (optional)
Write several short paragraphs on any bonuses such as pre- or post-trip calls, Facebook group access or your post-retreat support program. Add an amazing background photo.
I am ready, sign me up!
This is what I have been looking for
The Location
SECTION 9: THE LOCATION (optional)
Additional info on country or city/region beyond what you included in the Venue section that explains how the location aligns with your theme. If there are any possible objections around safety or ease of travel to this location, you can address them here. Add one rockin’ photo of the location!

What's included or not
SECTION 10: WHAT’S INCLUDED & WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED – List everything that’s included and not included on your retreat. Be thorough, as this becomes part of your legal contract! Review your pricing spreadsheet to help you remember what’s most important. Use descriptive adjectives to make each item come alive. Be sure to include info on flights, if needed. Add one or two beautiful photos!
Trip Leader
SECTION 11: TRIP LEADERS (BIOS)
Writing in the first-person “I,” share your hero’s or shero’s journey and your big why. Let folks know a little about you, the pertinent challenges you’ve faced, and what inspired you to be doing the work you’re doing now. This shows them how and why you are qualified to run this trip. This is NOT your curriculum vitae or your resume but rather your own amazing life’s journey that brought you to where you are now. Be short and sweet!
Write a short bio in story form, and include a gorgeous headshot. Then, if applicable, add a short bio of your co-facilitator, also in first-person story form, especially if they are an equal co-facilitator. If you are the primary facilitator, it may be more appropriate to write bios of others in third person (you talking about them), especially if you’ve hired them for specific services.

Take me with you!
This is what I have been looking for
SECTION 12: FAQ’s (Optional – this could be included, especially if you want to clarify or repeat any of these points to overcome objections. You decide which ones you want to include, ideally in an accordion-style format.) Is this retreat for me? What if I cannot afford this? How can I take time for this? What is the itinerary? What is included in my registration? I need a roommate – how do I arrange that? Can I bring my kids/partner? Will I have access to the Internet? Do I have to participate in everything? Where do I fly into? Is there transportation from the airport to the retreat venue? Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Is it safe to travel to [insert location]? What is the weather like? What do I pack? How can I offset the impact of my traveling by plane? Still have a question?
Video
SECTION 13: CONTACT US
Add an Enticing Video or Photo.

Policy
SECTION 15: REGISTRATION w/ CANCELLATION POLICY (ON YOUR REGISTRATION PAGE) Explain your cancellation policy, rooming situation, and retreat costs.
Go back and grab your cancellation policy from your pricing spreadsheet and transfer it over to this section.
Repeat the What’s Included and What’s Not Included sections, which are part of your legal contract. Also re-emphasize the benefits by listing what they’ll take home with them, then add any additional information you want to share.
