What should I bring for my outdoor therapy session with Forest Whisper Wellness and Healing?For your outdoor therapy session with Forest Whisper Thera, it's important to be prepared for the elements. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a head covering, sunglasses, and water to stay hydrated. In Fall and Spring, dressing in layers with a windbreaker or rain jacket, along with good closed walking shoes, is advisable. In the summer, you might consider wearing shorts, but be aware of potential exposure to plants and insects such as ticks and mosquitoes. Light long pants are advisable in order to protect yourself. We want our clients to feel comfortable, safe and prepared so they can fully embrace the therapeutic experience in nature.
